I'd have to agree with you that the possibilities of having a 'kiosk' or outlet are endless.

No lie, when I lived in Cleveland there was a guy who ran a BBQ business out of his garage with about 18 old, beat up smokers and beat-up jalopies and paid people to haul them around. He would show up at the steel mills and auto factories and sell for 6 months.

I stopped by to talk to him one day and the guy PROFITED $1 million each year for 6 months work! The old vehicles & smokers and stuff was all just his 'schtick' to make the factory workers think they were getting some good ol' down home stuff.

Of course, his food was really good. But good smoked food, if it is marketed right has a big market, IMO.

I think our CEO has a lot on the ball with his process.
