the BIPH market cap (investing community again) is valuing that company at (75 million X $2) $150 million, or 30 X that of FASC.
BIPH has about 100 X the patents that FASC does so by that reckoning... :-)
On its face, FASC would appear to be worth vastly more than BIPH. BIPH has not even a clear path to market at the moment. But I tell you if someone like BSX had given FASC a few hundred thou with a view to a future partnership, FASC might have a little spring in its price. If FASC had dozens of patents giving it a virtually ironclad monopoly on dry disaggregation and pulverizing of waste materials and ore, the market cap of FASC might have a few millionaires around here singing instead of groaning.
It is sometimes best to take companies on their own terms. BIPH produces nothing, sells nothing but itself in general. It has no present intention of being other than a research boutique. If it was building and marketing the pacemakers and stents and... Well you get my drift.
