Has been for about 4 months now. I remember a post or email fro Ken alluding to the fact that when He PR'd information the share price went down, so why do it. What I am hoping is that he is waiting until something of real value to report. I have seen this only a few times in other stocks where nothing is heard in years, but the work has been happening behind the scenes, eventually it comes out into the open and never returns to former lows. Just exercising my imagination at this point, maybe Rick will bring something of value to the board, can't even completely trust that, he may have some personal motive?????
