Besides needing the ticker in the article, in never hurts for posters to put LLEG in all their posts. That way, they hit the poststream too, which alot of folks scan first.

Never hurts to get more "eyes on" a good company with good news.

Who was the plant purchased from?

Biomass Magazine:
The idle facility was purchased from Renegy Inc. and Nature Energies Inc, both of which will become equity holders in Laidlaw Energy and will be issued a new class of preferred shares.

Press Release:
The sellers of the Susanville plant are Renegy, Inc., an entity controlled by Robert M. Worsley, founder and former Chief Executive of SkyMall, Inc., and Nature Energies, Inc., whose ultimate parent is Hanalei Renewables, a successful French renewable energy company.

From the press release, Robert Worsley was founder and CEO of Nature Energies, and Nature Energies is not related to the transaction.
