Nussbaum and CCME going dark, being de-listed, pink sheets, etc., have absolutely nothing to do with each other. You are stretching that way beyond...I and others have hashed that area awhile ago.
CCME failed to please Nasdaq requirements and got sent to pinks, so if you want to turn it around, its Nussbaums fault, correct? The Loeb compliance dept. should of not allowed that LOL!!!
