My brother used to work 4 the St. Louis post dispatch
So I had him make a couple of calls
Turns out they have had more opportunities then just the 1 we know about
Couldn't get much information out of him but I did get that progress on refi was in process
Couldn't get % interest or if the whole amount was under refi but I did find it funny that there were atlease 2 options LEE had and they turned both of em down only telling us about 1
