I think they will be adding shares (restricted) to the SS. They'll have to pay Sysorex something for merging with SFTL.

With the R/S and an O/S of 13M:

13,000,000(O/S) / 20(R/S) = 650K (O/S) shares.

This means once we start trading (SYRXD) we'll have 650K shares to trade amongst ourselves until the restricted are released.

Somebody correct my math if I'm wrong.
