I agree with your assessment.
Balance Sheets and financials that are out of order are a first sign of concern.
That being said, if this thing ever became associated with a major of any credibility, and things became transparent - I'll eat all of my words, and never come back here.
It's funny how a day of high volume and double digit growth brings everyone out of the woodwork to debate the same old stuff...
Calls of outrage over the evil MM's, "shorties" and then pointing the finger at bashers will come sooner than later...
