you may be right Pac; its possible that there are pending contracts that are contingent upon the closing of this merger. TADF has stated numerous times that merger creates great synergy becasue their services dont overlap. Tac-air has a great foothold here in the US, which is currently fulfilling contracts from the DoD, Navy, and Air force. This has given TADF the opportunity to focus on International deals. The important thing is that both of them are in bed together. I will never forget Gerald's response to my question when i asked him if he could give me an estimate of Tac-air's revenues; he said he couldnt disclose (for obvious reasons) then he paused for a couple of seconds, just trying to tiptoe the line, then he said "Tac-air is a SIGNIFICANT company, with SIGNIFICANT Revenues". He made sure to emphasize SIGNIFICANT, both times. ANd that was the best he could do, without crossing the line and releasing insider information.

I have been thinking out that myself pac fan and I believe that my personal preference would be for 2 separate PR 's. The merger news will give this a nice bounce which will be then overbought bringing the PPS up to an unsustainable PPS then we have profit takers which will then drive it to oversold lowering the PPS. I would like 2 PR's spaced appropriately apart maybe 2 days would do it to set new highs and resistance levels. IMHO.
