If they were serious, they should be buying the company back at these levels.

If they were to take the company back down to under 4-5 billion shares , that would go along way.

That along with some audited financials, sales figures, another production run, and some solid and verifible distribution. The PPS will take care of itself.

They have plans for this company or they wouldn't be getting involved.
