I find it hard to believe that Admiral actually knows Renfro, or has any special insight into this website. I mean, if he knows Renfro enough to work on the new website, then maybe he is responsible for the website as it exists today (he did seem to know a bunch about "wordpress" which is the blog type of website brazosinternational.info is). I am not accusing him of lying or anything, I am just saying it would be quite a coincidence...
Anyhow, even a new website (even if it were fraudulent) would cause quite a bounce in the pps.
