This is Jeff's worst nightmare. Dean can testify to all of the sleep overs Jeff had at his house. How he looked upon Jeff as a son.

That is if dean shows up for his depo and doesn't take the 5th on tough questions. If he doesn't show it gets rescheduled. If he doesn't show again takes a few times before a judge orders him to. Yet he can still take the 5th. I don't see how dean won't eventually be charged with fraud. His PR's, that never came true is easy to see. That he sold shares using it for pump and dump clear. So he would not want in a depo to say things that might eventually be used against him if charged.

QASP shareholders better hope Joe loses to Jeff in this case. if not get ready for a lot of dilution, r/s and more pump and dump PR's. Basically Joe plans a Dean dilution repeat if he wins with one change. He will do r/s as well.
