Rick-- I BELIEVE that is correct. That is the SALE DATE even though the sale may not clear for 2 - 3 days. A quick check with my accountants will clear that.... I'll try and remember to give them a call tomorrow. Still-- I trade nearly every day,, have for decades and neither this firm or the one in the past ever said there was a problem. Seems my confirmations and statements use the sale date-- not the clear date so it seems it would have to be the sale date..
