I think FINRA approved the new stock issue already. BRZL started trading as a New Issue this past Tuesday morning. What are they waiting on FINRA for now?

As far as the quiet period during FINRA review. I think that only applies to forward looking statements. The company can release a PR that says the merger has been completed. They can't talk about future events until everything is okay with FINRA.
