On my Charles Schwab 'Quick Quote' I show 9,268 shares traded at .20 at 09:58.

What you missed out of this mornings press release was the true O/S as of close of business yesterday. 5,000,000 shares today equals 10,000,000,000 shares yesterday. They did manage to max out the O/S prior to the reverse split.
