Not too much detail, but I don't know if Tivus would be approved for this. State gambling commission is pretty strict. They control the machine manufacturers, as well as casinos.
If they did get approved, that would be bigger than the advertising side of the system. But Gaming Commission here makes you go through hell to get approved.

Thanks M.T. and A-1. The Wynn hotels would put about 4,000 rooms on the roster for Tivus, and hence, REVENUE from advertising. The economy of scale would be met. I am just still concerned about all these "free" tv's and the money necessary to sustain this growth. However, with Marriott in the deal, I have hope.
