Lots of volume poured into it yesterday, and it closed at high of day. The A/S is 950 Million, even if the O/S were to get maxed out the Market Cap would only be $950K. Their last filing the O/S was approximately 220 Million. Everyone believes the O/S is more along the lines of 500-600 Million currently, which makes a market cap of $500 to $600K. Not much more than the cost of a Shell company to begin with.
