The person who did the translation left out
the word " Public" as in " Public bidding "

The word "prudent" as in finds it "prudent" the leasing.

In other Words, they may or may not decide to lease.
If they do, then CGAQ may participate in the bidding.

in reviewing roberto's previous posting, this indicates that hippo was approached by cgaq about potential for leasing, and does not indicate that hippo was soliciting bids???? oh well, hope to receive phone numbers shortly to verify exactly what the hippo situation is at this time.
