Mick; I'm new at this type of situation (from public to private). Who sets the PPS amount? Do shareholders get to vote on it? or do we get what they want us to have? sorry for the dumb Q's. This sucks because I'm way down on this stock and I don't think they will offer me what I got in it. O'Well I knew the risk when I pushed the buy button.
