Most here feel it is held in an individual's stock portfolio.

I don't think that's a recent purchase. Some time ago we discovered that same portfolio. Most of us came to a conclusion that it is not PW that's buying it but one of their clients adding it to their individual portfolio. So, at least IMO, it's not an institutional purchase, but the institution purchased it for their customer's portfolio.
