Believe me...I would love for there to be only 75 shareholders, but it simply is not the case. Why? Because the answer to my question is 1. In other words, all the shareholders holding LBSR in their TD Ameritrade accounts only count as 1 shareholder of record.

If 75 shareholders had 3 million shares each that is 225 million shares or about 38% of the OS.

It is not that far fetched that many here hold that many. I think many shares are tightly held except for the few who trade this.

It would not take many more for all the shares to be accounted for by a relatively small amount of people with the amount that the financiers own also.

If resources are proven,even with the 601 million shares OS, this could go up rapidly as there are not that many shares available imo.

I guess it depends if the float numbers are accurate.
