The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Uniontown Energy because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, the acquisition of oil and gas properties.
Ok so the company is trying to get a head of the issue, this seems to be a good thing. If the SEC finds everything is on the up an up what does this mean for the stock? Will they reinstate trading with no restrictions? Will the stock go up with the good news or has the damage already been done?
