I have read a bunch of it in the past but it just puts me to sleep. I have read some of it in the Shamika2 and Dutch Gold SEC Filings and some of it on these posts. I have not researched the Altra Gold filings. DRCAL and SIMON BIG DADDY are encyclopedic in their memory of events and the passing of the baton from company to company. It wouldn't surprise me for you to find a similar pattern of stock issuance used to finance any exploration stage start up company. It would be good to see the pathway paved to the present.
