My impression, otcmarkets gives you free real-time L2 (size 2) for reporting otcbb (and various levels within otc, like qb's) that pay them to provide the service free to traders, but only gives you size 1 (the current bid x the current ask) for pinkies, like sbrh, that don't pay to provide that info free to others.
For example, sbrh...all you get is a quote with bid/ask, but for example, ptel (otcbb, which a few traders here hold), size 2 gives a complete L2 real-time breakdown for both sides of the box.
Curious per edgar's post...Is he saying that he'll only do otcbb(s) now and no more pinkies?
