Is the assumption that the investment world is loosing faith in the company based on your discussion with bona fide investors in the company? The investment world is a pretty big place. Would that world include those who use the vulnerability of the stock's value to be manipulated? You could be a lot more convincing if you were a lot more specific. Oh, by the way did you or anyone else think for one minute when the a/s was raised to 750,000,000 shares that it wasn't going to be used? When that happened I began to use that number to calc values. I have never been able to understand why the hoopla about the company issuing shares. It was bound to happen and it is not a surprise. Too bad it causes dilution, but that is how any early stage company finances it's operating costs. The alternative would be to fold the tent at the first shot over the bow and leave you and I aboard to go down with the ship. That is not likely to happen because the funds are being used for legitimate purposes including making the payroll for some reasonably well paid productive executives who are beginning to demonstrate their contribution to the well being of the company.
