To spend shareholder dollars in an effort to clear HIS good name. That's always a possibility too. It's a window as to what the true purpose of IMGG is--who IMGG serves.

The lack of financing tells a lot too.
Not hard to get these days for a stock that trades 100k to 1 million shares per day. dillutive? Absolutely. But not hard to get.
And then there's the stock buyback. LOL But he DID SAY they had 12 months to start buying (unless they change their mind) Nothing manipulative about putting out a PR announcing a stock buyback SOMETIME in the future! Right?
