I'll Play with the MM theory. Let's say what You state about manipulation were true. Then what would be Their objective? $$ obviously. So, why would They want the Price down ? Either The MM would be short SNEY, or They expect a big run North and would obviouslly be taking LONG Positions. I will have to opt for the latter.

IMHO it is a mixture, Weather, Tax, Security.
I am talking about Sierra Leone.
This is why I say the company will be moveing as fast as it wants to go and balancing its methods of operations and systems of work and reporting based on WORKING IN SIERRA LEONE and Not in the western world.
I personaly only want to pay tax on the budget I need NOW and not on what I have in the bank.
If the weather ALLOWS me to gather as much Concentrates as I can now then I am quite happy to wash and seperate later, its not as if I am going to be short of water.
It is actually more secure to leave the mixed minerals stockpiled untill you are ready to CONTINUALLY process.
I am not on the ground and these are OPINIONS and I would not like to second guess the company.
