Yep, we've paid out over $1.2MM to someone/something over the last 2 years in SG&A expenses AND WE HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. I'm not opposed to paying fees to get a project underway and keep it going, but this company reaks of crookedness.
That's one of my main criticisms of the financials - they don't give adequate disclosure of what's going on (as well as they aren't audited). If the numbers are accurate, they are just smokin' mirrors and you can't get a clear depiction of what's going on IMO.
