These are two vaccines they are testing in the same trial.

Are you saying both vaccines are RXII vaccines? I took the PR to mean that one vaccine is RXII's vaccine and the other is an outside vaccine but I may have misread that. If both are indeed RXII's vaccines, then that's at least better news for them than I envisioned though a long way to go for them, as you note, and I'd want to see this data replicated in a much greater number of patients to have any confidence.
