Since they decided that the $50 price was not till maturity, then each month that passes does put the H's a little closer to the full face value of $50. Problem is the uncertainity of the H's. With the other issues there is only a question of how much, but with the H's you have the FJR and the possibilty of being labeled equity instead of debt. You would think that when the Court put the value at around $34 that would have been the end of it. It was for quite a while as people were buying in at $28 to get that sure $34 return. It beats me how this thing has become the Stepchild here.
