The rare earths excitement is overblown. The cost and complexity to extract them is beyond a small company's capacity

As far as buyouts or whatever, I think that's imaginative, but unsupported by anything the company has released.

Most of the people touting rare earths as the answer to anything know very little about the costs or complexities involved.

It's definitly not mining for gold, should seriously consider selling to a JV that's up to snuff, imho as always.
