If I want to transfer my portfolio to another broker, ie, going from sharetrader to Etrade or Ameritrade.... do I have to pay a fee? The fee's on sub $1.00 stocks is crazy... if SNRS ran up to .01 PPS with the amount of shares I got I have to pay almost $1800... then up to $7000 all the way up to $.99 PPS... crazy
