NOt sure, sec has informed me what sos should provide. They should have correct address and r/a at a minimum. But no the question is how to press them to disclose it, correct it or get it. Not sure on the next step but I will find out. Short of filing a lawsuit when they have to be able to serve, and would like to see what they did then-I bet they would be able to serve it. But I will let you know what I find out . This seems like a legal disclosure issue as the ceo change is a material event, although with this comp I have never seen a file of beneficial ownership ever.
