impressive, but worth noting the p-value too... the difference between 4/30 corresponding to a recurrence rate of about 12.5% to 0/30 patients is within the realm of statistical chance IMHO.

RXII ASCO results: 100% effective vaccine.
The 36 month results are astonisihing. Vaccine reduced the Breast Cancer recuurance rate from 12.5% to ZERO.

First, your link doesn't work. Second, the abstract language appears to be saying that either the RXII vaccine itself or the comparator vaccine (referred to as "X") result in zero recurrence and not just the RXII vaccine itself. Plus, I agree with hiddenflem that this could just be a statistical fluke due to the fact that we're only talking about a 4 patient difference. All told, I think you're a tad too enthusiastic about these results.
