You have always been honest with me so based on your post I'll give Tom until Friday. If he doesn't, I won't bail, I can't, I am too far down (money I can afford BTW), but I will lose a lot of confidence in him and in his ability to manage a PUBLICLY TRADED company. First chance I get of breaking even though, I'm out.

He told me he wouldn't know for a couple of days, which meant he really didn't know if they were going to make it. He thought so, but wasn't sure. It sounds as if he's more optimistic based upon updates from the accountant. Good. Let's hope they get it done.
