Sending letters to the SEC won't help you get your money back. Besides, the SEC is probably already investigating CDIV since they're already investigating Monk and his other phony "FLD" scams.
In fact, should the SEC take action against CDIV, you might lose any possible chance you have of ever getting any money back.
Your only shot is to hire a lawyer and go after the people responsible for these scams.
