I have been watching very carefully and there has been no "pump" from Tampa or anywhere else.[color=red][/color]. I have noticed that most of the time there have been very few shares available at the ASK. (often only 5000 shares) It appears that there is a significant imbalance as to the number of shares available at the Bid and Ask.
