Like it or not, Reality of where they are and where the gold or diamonds need to go to be SOLD, I have no idea myself but in our group our Geo. has been all over the world exploring for gold and exotic minerals.
he tells us that depending on the local, the country and the proximity of the processors who take the raw gold and process them to ingetts. it's not an over night procedure anywhere in the world and in some places alot more involved.
This would be a good question for John or Doug to be asked don't you think?
I question those who think these things should happen in thier timely manner. it never happens,
