Ok since no one has given you a clear response:

Online gaming has been down for some time

The time it was up and running it was pretty poor quality (lag time, crappy feed, glitchy, etc). There were maybe one or two times I got in where it seemed legit.

From what I could tell, very few people even registered for an account, let alone deposited or gambled any cash. I determined this by the numerical sequence they give out for account names when you sign up, such as sbc1011, sbc1012, etc. I signed up early so I know more or less the 1st acct name in the sequence given out.

I've only heard of 1 or 2 people that actually placed a real money bet.

The deposit/cashout function was sketchy at best. At one point it would tell you to send western union transfer to some random individual in a foreign country. Needless to say, I never tried.

There has been next to no income reported from operations. They supposedly were to receive a payment from KENS joint venture. It was recorded as income and now sits on the balance sheet in accounts receivable. It sounds more like a bad debt at this point as the joint venture is now defunct.

In short, don't expect anything to come of the online live gaming. It was a good plan when initially introduced about a year ago, but they've dragged their feet with it so long they'be been left in the dust by other companies doing it bigger and better.
