#3940 RE: gfp927z #3937

Gfp-For now, I think I will exercise my right to 'blissful ingorance.' :) Raising a family and working full-time does not lend itself to getting caught up in certain movements/philosophies (like anarchy, or national/global conspiracy theory). I'm fairly confident that Tarpley makes plenty of claims which are unproven. Not that they aren't feasibly true, just that the evidential 'connecting of dots,' isn't seamless. I believe if it were, there would be greater appreciation of his views. I believe Glenn Beck's arguments take a giant leap of faith sometimes also (he is a religious nutjob, so that is not surprising). He isn't totally discredible though, either: he can be endearing and brilliant in his prose.

I fully expect to live my life on the fence, and not get caught up too heavily on either side. Moderation is key. If I do find myself following the light with a wicked sense of clarity, then I'll be scared (and dangerous) :)
