That a large shareholder was shaken out his shares at a loss and was about to start hitting the ask this week. Smart move. Just my opinion.
Brilliant! Buy high, sell low! Is this the "new EXPH strategy" that replaces the old completely insane one of averaging down into a scam? Did JD Brown pay to have this "knowledge" spread among the shareholders he has apparently not been able to rob and pillage fast enough in the past? IMHO.
Who cares If management is involved in other businesses especially family businesses , I'm from the school that multiple streams of income are a good thing.
