You can easily repeat mistakes. It really depends if you learned from it and can apply what you learned. Buying CCME now makes sense.
Although the Pro's are not holding for a long time.
It will be interesting what happens after 6/19 when the 30 day tax wash rule expires on those selling for a loss when trading resumed 5/19. Of coarse Pro's don't care about that rule.
