I think you misunderstood my post. If you read it again you will see that I did not say anything about any SMAS trades being market orders or non-market orders. I said, "However there is such a thing as a market order, and market orders have been known to go off at less than .0001." This is factual. We were discussing trades, and the suggestion has been made that anything below .0001 is not a trade. That is false. Trades do occur below .0001.

Now to get back on the topic of SMAS and your assertion that there has been no volume this year, that is false. There has been volume this year.

SMAS

SMAS is on the gray market. I prefer to use the correct spelling for the US.

I prefer not to keep repeating myself, but you keep insisting that I'm wrong when I am not. Trades on the gray market are called "trades".

"Gray market trading (or grey market, in some parts of the world) is unofficial, off-market trading in a security."

http://practicalstockinvesting.com/category/vocabulary/gray-market-trading/

Recent SMAS trades made in 2011 can be viewed on Level II.

I really can't comment on your personal lawsuits. But there have been SMAS trades (and volume) this year as well as last year. SMAS is not a "dead stock".

I hope you are having a pleasant holiday weekend.

Not so. SMAS trades on the gray market, and market orders are accepted on gray market stocks. It happened just yesterday with our SMAS stock. The 4 million trade yesterday was a market order. And those trades can indeed be under .0001, and often are. We've seen that with SMAS again and again. That is how the gray market works.
