Siaf is not allowed to provide new information about earnings estimates, etc. at a closed meeting in Sweden.
They certainly can, as log as they 8-K it w/the SEC, and as long as their numbers are based on sound facts that are either an industry standard and/or proven from past performance by SIAF.
The SEC will only give a hard look when numbers cannot be substantiated; otherwise they are expecting the company to provide as much "useful" information to the investing public so that educated decisions can be made.
