It would sure be nice if long term holders and insiders owned enough of the Outstanding Shares for the float to be low enough for some some significant price appreciation when good news arrives.

I think you're pretty darn close, M_T. Without knowing all the particulars of the restricted share arrangements it's hard to tell exactly.

I started to go through the 10Q/Ks again to get a handle on the restricted class A's. Then thought hey, it's the weekend. PR's, such as the Russ and Sully thing, were paid for with restricted A's in lieu of cash. Then there is Hennis's 50M share, and the list goes on. If some of the volume we've been having is due to this - great! I'd much rather we bought those shares than have Russ T Nails hold them.

My skiff isn't all that big. Pretty close to 20M at this point between different accounts, (yes, IRAs are cool!), and I'm holding cash in reserve in case this thing runs. I've averaged down the last couple years to almost break even. There's no way to actually get to break even with the steady pps we've seen - you can get close! My trading style manages risk by not going all in at one time; I made a couple buys last week in fact. (Just for trivia purposes, I initially started buying this stock @0.16. Yes, 16 cents a share!)

That brings up a point though. One of the main differences between the followers of this board and that faceless group of 7000 investors is I think we've either managed to average down for the most part or jump in at the right time. If I would have went all in back when this thing was .02 I might have a different attitude right now. I think Bev Rich was paid around 25M in shares initially as an active officer. Not bad at that time, but not great at today's levels. But you don't lose anything until you sell.

We might be the minority, but we hold a pretty good chunk of the action. My goal is not to just break even on this thing to get money back from a single trade a few years ago. I think most of us here feel the same way. You just have to realize there are probably a few thousand out there that don't even know what averaging is - and don't care. We might call ourselves longs, but there are investors out there that think 20 years down the road. 10K shares might seem like nothing now, but if you give it time....

Awesome topic BTW, thanks!

Thanks for the DD and these numbers are pretty isubstantial, all things considered. I'll be picking up some shares on Tuesday morning as well.

I'm wondering if we should be nominating someone to the board of directors!
