Sorry, can't PM. If Basu is owed 1.4 mil in back pay, plus the "millions" she loaned the company (we'll assume it's just $2 mil), then she'll need to let it run to .0011 at some point just to break even using her 3 billion shares as compensation. I think she wants more out of it than that.
On the other hand, she may just very well use any winnings from the lawsuit to pay herself back and dam the PPS.
Of course, I'm betting on the former. She's been working too hard rebuilding the company to let it collapse so soon.
