Value rarely equals price. Example: Suppose SRSR enters a JV with China on Tuesday (on terms that are very favorable to SRSR). On Thursday, SRSR releases the news in a NR. On Wednesday is the value of a share the same as it was on Monday?? Of course not.

The value that someone is willing to pay often is in odds with the value of the company. There isn't anyone in their right mind that believes SRSR is worth .03 even though that is what the pinksheet market says it is worth. Pinksheet companies are seldom valued at their worth.

We know that the company has control of billions in assets and we also know companies with zero assets are valued at many times SRSR. Which one has a true valuation, a company with real assets at .03 or a company that has zero assets valued many times higher. Answer neither. SRSR is way undervalued and the other company is a P&D Company.
