If ADAMA stands behind the dividend issue.In my opinion this will be one of the strongest declaration of intent.This will undoubtedly make the shareholders believe that this Company is serious.
If company knows that there are more projects on the way,they will do the best in order to get the shareholders support and belief in the future.

It will encourage the holding, and purchasing of shares, I would think they believe share holders would reinvest some of the dividend back into adac shares as well.
