Very legitimate questions fletenpenny and I doubt it is easy to find an answer.
I mostly see this suppression of share price before any big run in the penny stocks, which suddenly and of no where just explode in price when the time is right ( after whoever is loading the shares satisfy)and selling shares by the company slows down. I believe history will repeat here.
