Here is my math...35 tons/hr x 6g/ton gold = 210 g/hr. x 2 dredges = 420g/hr. x 8 hr days= 3360 g/day divided by 28 gives you 120 g/day.
if gold fetches $1000/ oz. that is $120,000/day
x 6 days =$720,000/ week.
x 52 weeks = $37M/yr. on just 2 dredges.
When they get to their stated goal of 24 dredges....that is $444M/yr
If you were to say earnings were 40% of that revenue. that would be $177M/yr.
Divided by 2B OS (est.)= $.089 PPS. I would say we would trade with anywhere from 3 to 10x that PE ratio. thats $.26 to $.89
Of course, certain expenses and downtime were not factored in because they are unknowable, however I did not include revenue from black sand, diamonds, or REE's which could more than make up for any expenses I missed.
Feel free to correct anything you see that I got wrong but these are numbers based on actual figures that have been announced. I would appreciate any feedback or input.
